Samuel cottage

The cottage is in a peaceful location down a quiet lane and with views of fields and a river beyond with the mountains of Snowdonia in the background. The one bedroom cottage is very well equiped with a kitchen with every appliance you could want. The lounge has a TV and there is fast wi-fi available. The owner Olwen is very friendly and was happy to provide information about places to eat and attractions in the area. Thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful, clean cottage with everything you need for a relaxing week. Peaceful with stunning views towards Snowdonia. Hosts were welcoming and made sure that we had everything needed, including advice on where to visit and local information.

The cottage is close distance to the village, but at the same time it's away from the village. We felt peace and tranquility, and enjoyed the birds chirping, sitting outside in the sun, looking at mount Snowdon and so much greenery, listening to the passing steam train and the river. The cottage is fully equioped with all amenicities (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc). The bed is very comfortable you fall asleep as soon as you go in. Also, the cottage is very close to so many attractions - I recommend steam train journey from Caernarfon and climbing (or taking the railway train) to the sumit of Snowdon. The host is very kind and undeestanding. We wholeheatedly recommend Samuel Cottage.

Loved everything

We only stayed for one night, and the weather wasn't ideal so didn't really get the time to fully benefit from it's quiet location. However it is set in a idyllic place with a great view, peaceful and quiet. The amenities were all to a good standard, including the bathroom and shower.
