Captains Cottage - Stylish cottage, level location, in the heart of Dartmouth

Would have preferred softer pillows

Central location, near to bars and restaurants. Free parking permit with car park close by. The cottage was comfortable, furnished to a high standard and contained everything you needed.

Although not a problem to us I have to bring attention to the stairs. There were two flights, quite steep from the kitchen/dining area up to living room and bathroom and again up to the bedrooms. There was a rail but in my opinion not sufficient and at the top of flight to bedroom a twist without any means of assistance. I really think that improvements should be made, or at least information included in property description to make people aware.

Great location with access to the car park (2 mins away from the Cottage). Cottage - well equipped for a longer stay, very comfortable and stylish at the same time; Cottage was very clean with immaculate modern bathroom.

The location was fabulous and it was like being home from home.

The location was excellent. The property was extremely clean. Great for two people.

Unfortunately the heating had been left off. Whilst i understand heating costs money, when the property had not been used for a while it had become extremely cold and took 24 hours to finally feel warm. It would be useful, if it had been turned to a warm temp early in the morning, if not the day before.
