Stairs quite steep, rails in place but would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues

"Superb"

Absolutely beautiful 3 storey house in this historic Devonshire town. The location was spot on - parking easy at a nearby public carpark and the permit is an additional bonus. The house is very tastefully decorated and feels very cosy. It has everything you need, appliances and utensils etc. Everything is in walking distance, carpark, M+S, the boat float, bars and restaurants. We loved it :) and would definitely stay again.

Nothing really - there is a shared courtyard out the back that needs some attention, but guessing this space can't be utilised as shared with other properties.

Very well appointed with stylish decorations. Very convenient location for exploring the town. Car parking permit was a great bonus. Beds confortable

Stairs are very steep; would have been useful to have a photo. Top landing needs more handrails.

"Fantastic cottage and location"

Cottage is in a fantastic location and has the benefit of a large carpark closeby (and permit). The cottage was very clean and well equipped for our stay. Lovely that we could bring our well behaved dog and he enjoyed Dartmouth and the cottage too.

The duvet on beds was too hot and too heavy..13.5tog not necessary as it is summertime.

"Lovely little cottage"

Location was perfect was very nice inside the parking was good not far at all very comfy beds fantastic shower

Was disappointed to find was no toilet roll had to go buy some when we arrived. Also the timer on the microwave was broke so couldn't really see how long food was in for and the alarm needs a new battery in as could hardly see the screen.

Location was brilliant, cottage lovely, clean plenty of room every thing you needed, free parking.

Didn't like seagull refuse bag next to front door all week there was a back area which could be nice. Bag could be kept there until day of collection.
