"Unsuitable dangerous staircases for ourselves and probably young children and elderly"

Property is not as advertised. Picture shows a dog leg staircase but no mention of steep stairs therefore making property unsuitable for my 87 year old mother and myself awaiting ankle fusion. Expected stairs with a handrail but not 2 flights of very steep dangerous stairs and no handrail on top floor down from bedrooms to toilet to negotiate. In our opinion this is not suitable for young or elderly.

The location was great, close to everything and the cottage was lovely, everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

The need to duck your head when climbing up and down stairs, forgot a few times, but this would not stop me booking this lovely cottage again.
