"A lovely break and we visited lovely places along the coast"

Great location to visit the East Coast and Yoxford is a nice village with a very convenient local shop a few minutes walk from the cottage

The local pub has closed down. We almost ran out of toilet paper.

Plenty of beds for a large family, it was all clean and well prepared, kitchen was well equipped. Nice to have games in the living room.

The place is a little tired. Yes it's an old house which is lovely and adds character but the soft furnishings were pretty dated. The key safe and remote controller were broken. The umbrella outside was very sun bleached and we couldn't get it to open. It could do with a bit of a face lift. At £150 per night this was reasonable value for 2 families,but I would have been disappointed if I was paying for it all just for 1 family.
