the shower tripped and blew and one of the workers fell over and hurt his self meaning we had to take him back to Nottingham, the upstairs sink did not work and flooded, the lights kept tripping there is a serious electrical fault and it needs sorting asap I’m screen shoting this message as I feel someone could be hurt bad my worker is stil of work it cost me £190 in fuel and I’m not happy the owner just looked at us and said nothing at all which was bad we left a day early it was a unpleasant stay and we had to shower at the leisure centre 20miles away I want a full refund on this

Very warm and comfortable. A good location with an excellent cafe over the road. Everything we needed was to hand.

It would have been lovely to have lot the woodburner - we'd take some logs next time. But it wasn't freezing and the house was well heated.

It is in a good location for a short drive to the coast. Very comfortable beds. Everything was lovely and clean. Good size bedrooms. Good shower with good water pressure. Host was happy to accommodate a late check out.

Would be better to have more cutlery, crockery, glasses and mugs.

Self catering so no breakfast provided - location excellent for neighboring towns and places of interest and Yoxford itself is worth looking around.

Nothing really except perhaps to mention that as this is an old building the stairs would not be comfortable to use for anyone with mobility issues. It didn't affect us but could be tricky for those not quite as stable.
