Bakers Cottage Ludham - Norfolk Broads

Small, but beautiful and had everything we needed for the two of us. Lovely touches - home made scones, butter & jam (Bridget knew we were meeting friends at a nearby camping site and left 6!!) The cottage was spotlessly clean. Great location and lots of information about the area given to us.

Couldn't fault anything

Our stay at Bakers Cottage was fantastic, the owners Bridget and Michael were brilliant and so accommodating. The extra touches like the scones and jam were very much welcome. It was also a 40th Birthday whilst we were staying and Bridget and Michael made some additional special arrangements at my request and i couldn't be more grateful, Thank You. The cottage had absolutely everything you'd need for a short stay, was very clean and tidy, the garden area was a little sun trap! It was in a peaceful village location with everything you need on your doorstep, a pub, a shop and the broads nearby. I would definitely recommend. You can tell how much the hosts enjoy looking after guests - such kind people. Thank you so much for all you helped with.

Economy storage heating could not turn it off

We loved the personal meet and greet and being showed all the facilities at this property. Homemade scones to welcome us was wonderful along with fresh milk, coffee & water in the fridge. The information booklet was really helpful for details of the cottage and surrounding places of interest.

The cottage was in a stunning location; quiet, peaceful and scenic! The location is not far from Great Yarmouth Beach and I would recommend visiting some National Trust places like Blicking Estate. The cottage itself was beautifully furnished; bed was comfy, shower was emmaculate and just had a real homely feel to it! Hosts went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcome. Even had scones, butter and jam which were all home made!! Could not ask for anything more ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful cottage with everything you could possible need including great walk guidance and scrumptious fresh baked scones and cream on arrival - cannot recommend highly enough - just lovely 🥰

This is a perfect cottage in a lovely village. Value for money for such exceptional accommodation is rare to find nowadays. Perfect communication with hosts and really made you feel very welcome with lovely personal touches. It is in a great location to discover all that the broads have to offer. Everything has been thought about to make your stay perfect and hosts have thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay. Absolutely 100% recommendation.

We liked all the personal touches from owners (ie the freshly baked scones with butter & jam on our arrival, and fresh milk/coffee etc., in the fridge) Also the complimentary shower gel and soap.... and the extra mattress topper if needed, (but we didn't use) Excellent location, along with the ideas for local walks, and it's doorstep location for the Kings Arms Pub..!!
