2 bed period cottage sleeps 4 in central Crickhowell

Excellent location, cosy home from home

Lovely cottage, in a beautiful location. Comfortable and cosy. Lots of local pubs and shops to explore and the locals are so friendly.

Location. Facilities in the house. Good kitchen with just enough utensils to cook a meal. Comfy lounge. Really nice bedrooms. Great hot showers. Top marks for being able to park in the Dragon car park.

Telly was a bit tricky to figure out how to operate it. Would have liked to have got the heating on for evenings but couldn't find any details of how to bring it on.

Fabulous location just off High Street, in a nicely furnished and comfortable little house. Two full beds. Coffee, tea, and biscuits. Strong WiFi. Picking up and dropping off the key at the Dragon Inn was easy. Food was good!

The short passageway to access the free parking was very tight! The lot was spacious, and right next to a delightful back garden which was good. The house is just off a busy street, and it’s noisy in the morning.

One bedroom window did not close. No lock on the toilet door.

The location was excellent and key collection/drop off was easy. The beds were comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure.

Kitchen items provided were minimal bordering on mean. Exactly four plates, four forks etc. There was no bedside table on one side of the master bedroom and no bedside table at all in the smaller bedroom. No bedside lights, obviously, although wall mounted lights would have worked. Although comfortable it felt completely utilitarian and not at all luxurious or special.

Simple, at the pub who was expecting us.

The property was in a brilliant location for walking and the centre of Crickhowell. The loo is separate from the bathroom, which is handy if there are 4 people staying.

The pillows were not very comfortable, but the bed and duvet were great.
