"Great location - could have been cleaner. Lots of character as its a very old cottage"

Great location- close to a working mill with a bakery for fresh artisan bread and lots of beaches. Parking outside. Garden for my small dog.

It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Dusty, mould on shower seal and grouting around tiles. Lots of dust on the skirting behind the bed and the duvet had lots of yellow stains on it. The carpet on the stairs hadn’t been vacuumed as there were a few dead spiders.

"Otterton visit"

Comfortable cottage i n an ideal location. The Mill was a great place for, lunch, cream teas and ice cream. , with beautiful crafts for sale. Pub up the road. We enjoyed walks along the Otter river, minutes away. We visited Bicton Botanical gardens, great day out.
