Beautiful cottage in a great location, love the kitchen. Traveling with toddler is not that easy but thanks to Mike and Karen for accepting my additional request. The cottage has got everything that we needed. Highly recommended.

"A lovely village, plenty of great walks. Good food at pub 1 minute away, lovely food and staff at the mill."

It had everything we needed for our short stay. Everything had been thought out properly for what might be needed and more. Good quality kitchen equipment. Felt cosy and comfortable.

"Disappointed - property to cold to enjoy stay resulting in us leaving a day early."

Village Location

The cottage was cold on arrival (only one night-storage heater had been put on in the lounge). The property didn’t warm up during our stay. We did stay on a very cold weekend but would have expected to be warm once inside the property. The kitchen was extremely cold, as mentioned in previous reviews. The property was clean, however, the armchairs were dirty and stained.
