"Beautiful Home"

Our second year staying at Swn-Y-Don and going to book again for next year. Beautiful house with stunning views. Couldn't have wished for better. So nice we didn't want to leave. My type of house ❤️. The host was lovely too

The only thing I didnt like was leaving such a beautiful home

"Would stay again!"

Excellent location, amazing views of the sea from many aspects of the house. Easy walk to the beach. House very accommodating and family friendly. Plastic cutlery, plates, bowls etc appreciated. New Quay really is a hidden gem! Very quiet location, we could spot dolphins from the house which we loved. Definitely try the lime crab chip shop which is a stones throw away on the same road.

Beds were comfortable but very low, may be difficult if someone has reduced mobility. Speaking from someone 8 months pregnant, I did struggle a bit! Being picky, but would love the option to have some champagne flutes opposed to just wine glasses. Also some more baking trays in the kitchen.

"Exceptional"

A perfect house for a break with our sons and their partners, to celebrate the eldest's 30th birthday. Caroline provided excellent, helpful information beforehand, during our stay and for a smooth checkout. The house is beautifully furnished, comfortable and has glorious sea views for dolphin watching. New Quay has a lovely vibe and great places to eat, drink and explore.

Awesome views with dolphins 3 Storeys made the house very spacious Modern bathrooms Fireplace Beach towels

No curtains / shutters in the front window Parking can be difficult Advise guests to bring their own wood - no matches or firelighters available

"Sisters break"

Great location, close to quay, plenty of places to eat. House had beautiful furnishings and was very comfortable. Lovely view from lounge and bedroom windows We enjoyed watching the dolphins.

Looks like some very small areas had previous leak/ water damage and needed to be repainted. However, the house is lovely
