Exceptionally well equipped and warm with two good bathrooms. Very quiet at night. Lovely views and parking at the door.

Warm, comfortable and well equipped home from home. Lots of space and the views of Gamrie Bay from the deck area were stunning. Bonus of a parking space made it very easy to go out and about. Ideal location.

Unable to totally relax as sofas are uncomfortable, unable to use cooker as knob for grill is broken and on reading previous reviews this has been an ongoing issue for a long time, also no instructions for hob. Two single duvets on each of the double beds (very unusual)

A return visit and as perfect a stay as ever. Excellent communication with Philipp. Everything you need for a relaxed stay and a perfect view in the morning to have coffee and read your book by.

A beautiful location, with great views across the town and the bay - a very cosy living space and comfortable bedrooms with a well equipped kitchen. Very close to the local shop and pub for meals. Good walking along the coast.

the house is comfortable and only a short walk from the beach and the pub, the view from the kitchen/dining room is great, I could sit there and look out all day!

The beautiful Christmas tree and decorations lit up for our arrival set the perfect ambiance for our relaxing stay. Excellent communication with the host and any queries received a prompt response. The house had everything provided that we needed and was spotlessly clean.
