Impressive Urban Townhouse - Leeds City Centre

Breakfast consisted of 6 eggs some butter small milk loaf of bread. Orange juice cartoon 12 tea bags some coffee. 6 packs of mini cereal. This was for 3 for 3 days. Had to buy more coffee tea and eggs and milk after first day.

No Wi-Fi password for their Wi-Fi setup so couldn’t use that. Last Day they emailed back to my response on Saturday that the password was on The router itself. Tried all of these none worked. Could do with a document at the house with this information. No telephone number for answering questions. Only an emergency number. One small towel per person, they said it was standard size, seem on the small size to me. Very soft bed upstairs bedroom , could not sleep comfortably due to softness. One bedside cabinet on bed upstairs so had to keep leaning over to get drink.

Excellent place, lovely to be close to the centre and near Elland Road

From very start of the booking nothing was to much trouble when asking question to be truthfully I was probably the problem asking to many questions lol. The day of arrival the Andrea rang me to inform me of the details for the keys and that she had put the heating on and wished us a nice stay perfect. When arriving easy to find easy accesses parking for one car but we parked on the other side of the road near bushes as a Tennent said its fine at weekend and oh my what a beautiful place it was spotless well equipped comfortable modern the breakfast basket left was a great touch. There is nothing we could complain about, the canal in front so nice view easy walk into town early on down the canal path but you could walk to main road and to the right of the bridge was a bus stop and all the buses took you into town. We were impressed with Leeds nightlife and bars, we worked out if we made our way to the train station we could get a taxi back as the was a taxi rank at the top end of the station and the que went down very quick it was only 6-7quid back and we left some cards in the house. We found a Asian restaurant called the Bengal Brassier on on Merrion way and the food and service was fantastic and a good price so give it a go you wont be disappointed. So overall I can say we had a fantastic weekend and would recommend this property to anyone and have done to friends and family and am sure we will be booking again soon thank you for a perfect stay.

my only one niggle was the boiler downstairs was a little noisy during night kept firing up but I didn't want to mess with it by turning it off but nothing to really to shout about, we still slept with a little tipple down us lol

Very clean and ideal for 2 couples. Off road parking was good and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast provisions were a nice touch.

Key safe was a bit of a trial to use and no sign of a hair dryer anywhere despite one being listed in the property ‘s amenities. A tea pot would have been useful. Also the location and time of year meant we relied a lot on taxis to get in and out of the city centre. Would have liked to have walked along the tow path in daylight but just did not have the opportunity.
