Impressive Urban Townhouse - Leeds City Centre

This is a gorgeous, well kept property, a real home away from home. The location is close to the city centre - cheap to get there in a taxi or there’s the canal path which will get you there in 15-20 minutes. The house is beautifully presented, on a lovely estate and was spotless, the light breakfast items provided were a lovely touch. Hassle free check in/out was ideal.

So many things I liked about the property, so by no means an exhaustive list! Having a bedroom & bathroom on the ground floor was perfect for my dad who has mobility issues, so he only needed to climb one set of stairs up to first floor to the living area / kitchen. The ground floor bathroom has a walk-in shower, so couldn’t have been more perfect. It was his space & no compromises. The bedroom on the second floor & is also spacious & bright, especially with the addition of the Juliet balcony. The main living floor is compact, compared to the bedrooms but don’t let that deter you as it’s a perfectly comfortable sociable space with the kitchen, table, sofa, coffee table & beanbags. The Juliet balcony again let’s in so much light & you forget you’re not on the ground floor. The property is located on a housing estate near to the canal (well with a view per se of the canal - we saw a couple of narrow boats from the property), but it was so quiet. I would have loved to have ventured further down the canal path but we didn’t have the time. The property has a small front garden with a wooden bench. The parking space is located at the front of the property which is convenient, especially when you’ve over packed! We were certainly well catered for. I really liked the breakfast provisions, thank you. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials & more, & both bathrooms had some shampoo, shower gel etc. I particularly liked hand-soap by all sinks, including the kitchen. It’s the little things which make things much easier.

The property exceeded my expectations so nothing I didn’t like.

Lovely accommodation, clean and bright. Pretty setting, right on the canal. Helpful host and a brilliant breakfast.

Everything was great, but if I had to be picky, some Yorkshire tea would be nice. :D

Lovely new townhouse. Well-equipped and clean. Perfect base for our two nights spent in Leeds for a graduation. Easy 20 min walk into town along the canal but also Ubers are only £6-7. Excellent communication from Andrea! Would definitely come again.

The living space is small. Fine for us but small if two couples. However, beanbags are there for more seating!

Great and convenient location with parking. Facilities inside the home is good and complete.

Found the place a bit dusty. Perhaps the carpet requires a good vacuuming and deep cleaning.

Lovely quiet location. Immaculately clean and lovely soft towels and bedding. 1 minute walk to the canal to walk the dog and easy walk into the city along the canal. Lovely welcome breakfast pack.

Excellent breakfast provided from Andrea! Immediate response from Andrea when I have problem with the shower. My kids and I enjoyed our stay very much. A lovely place to getaway from the city crowd.
