"Lovely stay"

It's a lovely house, very nicely furnished with everything you need. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very quiet but close to the city. Loved our stay.couldnt fault it.

We like the whole house very much. Everything about its facilities, atmosphere, and cleanliness.

The only thing I didn't like was that the wall was too thin and every time somebody walks or speaks, people from another room could hear.

"A fabulous town house a short walk or cab ride to the centre of the city and facilities."

Friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. Fabulous welcome pack of juices, milk, eggs, croissants, butters, jam and some cereals for little ones. A good selection of packet teas and coffees and ground coffee. The house was absolutely immaculately clean and very comfortable for four adults in separate bedrooms . Car park space right outside the front door. If you bring an extra car park on the red bricked parking areas scattered around the estate. Free to park on for visitors for 24hrs. Do not park on the roads you will get a ticket.

There was absolutely nothing we did not like about this stay. Had a fabulous weekend.

"Canal side location for short break"

Great location with canalside walk into city centre just 25-30 mins. Very quiet residential area, easy to find. Arrangements for access were easy and owners were happy to comply with request for 4 nights mid week. On site parking no issue.

Beds rather soft and a few basics missing like coat hooks. A rather stale smell in living room, maybe previous occupants had dogs, but generally we were happy with accommodation.

Lovely quirky accommodation. Quiet street, no issues. Comfy home from home. Plenty coffee, tea, sugar, milk, etc. Good walking distance to the town and an easy bus ride to Elland Road. Great communication from our host .

A really comfortable townhouse in a brilliant location, with easy access on foot to Leeds city centre along the canal tow path. Breakfast is a lovely touch and communication with Andrea is great.

A really minor point given a lovely house but the sofa was quite small for the 3 of us and the bean bags have gone a bit flat!
