Canal walk from the development was lovely & a real tonic. I find Leeds ugly so this rural wander was a real bonus.

Needs a couple of hooks for coats & towels & better lighting above bathroom mirror for shaving/ make up. Extractor fan switch not at all obvious.

The addition of breakfast items is a lovely added touch. High standard of cleanliness and beds very comfy! Owners communicate well

Great location, a 30 minute walk into town along the canal. We met the owner at the house and she was so kind. Very helpful food hamper too! Fab shower rooms.

There are no grocery shops within east reach - this didn’t matter to us but could be an issue for some. Lots of stairs. Only one bedside table in each bedroom.

Excellent property in a great location

Breakfast items & milk in fridge on arrival was a nice touch. The propertywas modern & clean and in a nice quiet location. Free car parking space was good forour stay

Not really a grumble but a microwave would be a good addition.

A really good alternative to an anonymous hotel if you want to visit Leeds. 1 mile walk to the station or £6 Uber. Pleasant walk down the canal path, well lit. Quiet location Free allocated parking slot

Quiet location means no facilities within a short distance.
