"Practically perfect in every way!"

Lovely home from home when I needed it in an emergency. Andrea and Shona were absolutely amazing and supportive and I really don't know what I would've done without them - especially Andrea! I've never been so glad to see tea and coffee upon my arrival. House was immaculate, my little dachshund absolutely loved the bean bag bed! Bed was comfortable, sofa was comfortable. It had everything I needed. Lovely canal walk really close by and in a perfect spot to get to St James Hospital and other parts of Leeds. Will definitely be staying again! Thank you once again ladies for giving me one less thing to worry about!

Absolutely nothing bad to say about the property and facilities and property managers. Leeds roadworks though......😫

Great location with easy walks along the canal into leeds city centre. The property was really comfortable. Bigger than we thought. The host was responsive. The welcome pack for breakfast was lovely.

Would be great to have some drawer space in the top bedroom. Lots of wardrobe space but no drawers.

A nice modern house with 2 comfortable double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The house was clean and smart throughout. The kitchen was well equipped. There is an allocated parking space outside the front door.

Great alternative to a soulless hotel. Ideal for two couples with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. About 20 mins walk from the centre but busses avaliable at the top of the road. Breakfast available at Galleria on Armley Road. Uber into town about £6 Car parking included
