Impressive Urban Townhouse - Leeds City Centre

Lovely and spacious property. Nice quiet residential area, sandwiched between a canal and a river. Very kind host who communicated well and made the whole experience super easy. Host supplied eggs, croissants and a few other things for breakfast, which we were super grateful for. Comfortable beds. Everywhere was very clean. Loved it. Already planning to stay here again next summer!

Nothing! Being incredibly picky, it is mildly frustrating to have to walk 20 mins or so around the river to get to a nice restaurant and lovely pub that are near the property, but it looks like a brand new bridge is being built and should hopefully open soon, which will make this a much shorter walk!

The property was beautifully decorated, very clean and welcoming. The host had left us some breakfast items which was a thoughtful touch. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Lovely bathrooms and plenty of good sized towels. The host kept in touch before and during our stay to make sure we were looked after and happy with everything. Just a pleasant walk along the canal path and we were in the city centre. We had a lovely 2 night stay at the property and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you. 😊

Excellent value for money. Great location, being so central to the city allowed us to get to where we needed with plenty of spare time. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Two bathrooms gave each of us our needed space. The host was very attentive and left plenty of coffee, tea and fresh breakfast foods. We felt very looked after the entire time we were there, even though we only communicated via text.

The location next to the canal was a 15 min stroll to the centre, the welcome breakfast was a nice touch also. Bed was comfy (I'd prefer a bigger bed) but great sleep. Communication with the owner was also excellent.

Nothing of note!

Great quiet location right next to the historic Leeds & Liverpool Canal. One can easily walk everywhere using the towpath - to Leeds Station it is probably 20-30 minutes. Definitively walk instead of drive! The townhouse was very well-appointed: everything you may need in the kitchen for cooking, comfy beds, breakfast supplied for the first day. I could take our two dogs (by prior arrangement) - they loved the long walks along the canal too.

Not anything to do with the townhouse but Leeds traffic!! Not only is it very busy, but there are roadworks and many restricted areas closed to cars - careful or you may find yourself in a bus-only lane with no escape (and a fine waiting for you at home).

My second stay here, love it! Great for the dogs to be able to walk along the canal and wear them out. Had our Christmas here so I could spend it with my daughter who is at uni in Leeds - it was wonderful!

Very little to complain about - the shower isn't very powerful but I don't need an excuse to have more alone time in the shower! The kitchen is minimally equipped but absolutely not an issue for most because it's only a short walk into town for food - I just don't like to go out much!
