The house is lovely and was very clean and tidy. Great location if you are visiting Leeds. Easy to get to with great communication ref where it was etc. Continental breakfast, teas and coffee was a great addition. Shower is very good.

Charge for dogs wasn't included in checkout as not asked for it and therefore was extra cost that we weren't aware of. No garden but the canal walk was lovely. Bed was far too soft, but that is just my personal preference. No tea towels. Extractor fan switch was very high so had to get the hubby to turn it on and off everytime we used the shower. Couldn't get Netflix on the TV but we were only there one night so not a big issue.

Reluctant support and rudeness provided by host. Would not let us drop our bags off early until I offered to pay. Breakfast is only for first day which was misleading advertising. Inadequate kitchenware. No instructions for anything in the house. Spiders in nearly every corner. No security flyscreens, so flys got in and couldn’t leave windows and doors open as someone could easily get in. Canal walk was stressful. Had to contend with cyclists and homeless people.

Amazing host and amazing property! Perfect location for myself and my colleague working in the area and had parking for the van. The area was very quiet and safe for the van!

The property was very comfortable and the host left out breakfast items which was very appreciated!

Clean and tidy and perfect location for our visit. Thoughtful touches like breakfast pack and milk etc made us feel really welcome. Pet friendly.

Would have been useful to have a hoover, especially when bringing the dog.

"A really handy, good value little home for two couples or singles, with plenty of quiet and privacy"

Easy on-site parking, very easy access from motorway, walkable distance to city centre. Quiet. Clean, well-presented rooms with en suite showers, decently equipped kitchen. Handily, some breakfast food provided for first morning.

Could trim and tidy the shrubs at front - impeding path.
