The property is located off a narrow side street in the center of historic Lincoln. It has four steps from the entrance hall to the accommodations, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. As well as the sofa bed in the lounge and a double bed in the bedroom ,there is a ladder in the bedroom which leads up to a small open-plan area that is suitable to accommodate 2 young children.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Little hidden gem"

So clean and Quint a lovely little place in the heart of lincoln warm cosy and such character The bail-gate on the doorstep the comfiest bed would definitely recommend, communication with the host was fantastic just a lovely little getaway

"Lovely unique property in an ideal location"

The property was really cute and situated within a stones throw of the castle, cathedral and lots of traditional pubs/restaurants.

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable

"Lovely place"

Clean, comfortable and warm. Location was great as near the castle and the cathedral. Parking right outside the property. Contact with the hosts was great and wasnablento check in early We would definitely use again if in Lincoln
