The property is located off a narrow side street in the center of historic Lincoln. It has four steps from the entrance hall to the accommodations, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. As well as the sofa bed in the lounge and a double bed in the bedroom ,there is a ladder in the bedroom which leads up to a small open-plan area that is suitable to accommodate 2 young children.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. The extra bed above the main bed was a bit odd and small but the kids loved it

"Short stay in cosy retreat with an amazing location!"

Lovely little property set right in the heart of the historic part of Lincoln. Both the Cathedral, Castle and the Bishops Palace were a two minute walk from the property and you can actually see the castle from the end of the street. The area has lots of little touristy shops and really nice places to eat. The property has it's own parking space which means you can just park the car up for your stay and enjoy Lincoln at your leisure. The property looks small from the outside but it's suprising how much room is inside as it's narrow but long. Sadly the weather wasn't great when we were there so we couldn't hang out on the patio much but it does have a great view of downtown Lincoln, which is worth visiting just for the shopping. Our fave place was to sit on the sofa with the patio doors open and listen to the cathedral bell chiming.

Do your research, as some of the places we wanted to eat were closed on a Monday and Tuesday when we were there but we did find great alternatives.

"Lovely quirky and centrally located to the main visitor area ."

Great location for visiting Lincoln. We were there the first bank holiday in May for 2 nights. Lovely little cosy place. Well equipped and quirky little place. Easy enough to find and 5 minute walk to the cathedral. Will definitely, hopefully, stay here again

My family had an excellent stay. The property was made ready for my family early. The owners were really responsive tothis request and messaged me as soon as we could check in. The location is amazing and the view is beautiful. Although central to the city the location is quiet. Really clean, really comfortable. Perfect for a trip to Lincoln.
