Nice, clean and memorable family stay in the lodge based at Hoburne Bashley holiday park, everything as described in the listing. Good location within the park, perfect communication with the host, was offered access to the swimming pool, entertainment and other attractions upon extra payment. Overall, great stay in the New Forest area.

Some items based in the property seemed to need a replacement due to long usage by previous guests, e.g. kettle, frying pans, etc. There might be a slight impression that the property has been used quite a number of times before.

We had issues with the microwave and the owner came and sorted it with a hr. Owner was in hand to help etc.. Brilliant. Nice person. Lots of great facilities and in walking distance..

Great modern static van, large main bedroom, very small twin room which are two children slept very well in, overall very comfortable and good location in the park

The short woodland fairy walk which is on the holiday park is nice. There's also a small shop on site which is convenient but expensive. Parking is adequate. The caravan is Nice and cosy caravan, with a good selection of plates, cups and cutlery. A tea towel was provided, dish soap and washing up sponge. There is WiFi, but if it doesn't work at first. Unplug it for a min and then try again. Nice walking routes nearby and close to some beautiful areas including beaches. The area is far better than most other holiday parks.

The listing shows all the amenities that are available on the holiday park, but it fails to mention that the booking doesn't include access to the holiday park entertainment area such as the restaurant, bar, arcade and swimming areas. This is offered at an extra cost after the booking by the caravan owners Mick & Tammy. Plan on adding an extra £75 for a 3 day family pass if you want access of £35 a day if you accept. The caravan was modern, but needed a good clean and some essential maintenance. There are lots of cobwebs, spiders, and dust. The blinds are all slightly damaged, the bedroom light didn't work, so I swapped the bulb out of the hall light. There's mold in the bathroom. You can hear people walking and running in the neighbouring caravans which you should expect at a Holiday Park. The wood pigeons start cooing at 4am so bring earplugs! We had to politely ask another holiday park guest/owner to also be quiet at around 11pm last night after hearing him cough his lungs up each night because he was smoking something he shouldn't. He literally stood yards from the back of the caravan at the same time each night coughing so hard that I'm sure he could be heard across the park!
