Forest lodge

•Property was well presented with very close parking. •The bifold doors were amazing for the warmer evening and the patio had gorgeous views. Easy access in and out of the park and beautiful local towns close by. •Quiet park to stay on out of peak season. •Shower was high pressure and lovely and warm.

•After booking we found out we had to pay extra money for access to the park facilities which wasn’t an issue for us as we visited other places but may have caused an issue for families. •There were 2 large metal storage boxes that were regularly accessed right outside the bedroom window which woke us up in the morning (before 8:30am) •I had to google the oven model to find out which dial controlled which setting as it had all rubbed off. •The owner arrived without notice whilst we were in the property to replace a note on the non working door (we could still read the previous note without issue). A for sale sign also went up whilst we were there. •Upon departure I noticed the carbon monoxide and smoke alarms did not have any power lights on them indicating they probably were not working.

Location Very modern lodge. Extremely caring owner Patio not prepared for visitors but apart few cobwebs lol..only coz u hate spiders lol place looks stunning 😍 with all plants and lights in the evening, trees around , birds lovely very relaxing

The location was good. We stayed in another Hoburne camp further along the road so wanted to try this one

We were met with a broken door at the premises which should have been fixed before we arrived. There were a number of issues which we will take up personally with the owners

the lodge is perfect for a family stay in the new forest the lodge we found clean and modern and had every thing we needed and was very cosy. There is one large double bed with a tv and two singles in another room. Dining table and a large 4 seater sofa with fire in the front room. Had an excellent stay. My own recommendation would be bring a thicker quilt as it was quite chilly at night time

The caravan was very clean and cozy to stay, perfect for a little getaway.
