"Exceptional"

The cottage was lovely, the little garden was enclosed and very pretty. The pubs around the corner were great, everyone was really friendly. Most of the places were dog friendly too.

"An enjoyable stay well recommended."

The accommodation was clean and was well equipped with ironing board,iron and hairdryer. The facilities were top branded, Samsung tv and soundbar. Interior was light airy and modern. The village had 3 pubs, a farm shop and a little tuck shop.

"Lovely place to stay"

Communication with owner was excellent. Cottage was beautiful and in the perfect location. Equipped with everything you need. You can walk to the 3 pubs in the village - very handy!

Great location, central to the village, easy access to extended walks around Ashover, 3 great pubs, coffee shop and an old fashioned corner shop selling delicious ice creams The cottage itself was very clean, modern and has all mod cons you'll ever need All three pubs serve decent and variable food and service is good

Not a major issue but you'll need cash visiting Ashford Village Shop and the Ice Cream shop, otherwise all the pubs take card
