Such a peaceful lovely location

Sofa and bed slightly uncomfortable

Brilliant house for a large group, well equipped, plenty space. Grounds are beautifully kept and plenty walks on site. Very good value for money.

The gardens are extensive and beautiful. My children (8 & 6) enjoyed their own private outside grassed area to run around on. The house itself was neat and tidy and the shutters on the windows was a huge asset when the days are long.

Television connection wasn’t the strongest but wifi is fine if you bring your own tablet / computer :)

Beautiful location - very clean - we were in a group of 14 - in 3 properties - absolutely ideal.

the location is backed onto an arable field. its very peaceful and relaxing. The dogs had a nice garden to play in and we even had some sunshine

one thing i didn't like was the black door knocker. you can hardly see it and you bash your arm on it repeatedly. we both ended up with bruises

Lovely location for our family to stay while attending a relative wedding a few miles away. Then a further few days sightseeing nearby, weather was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The cottage was clean, comfortable and the perfect size for three travelers. The location was beautiful and we loved the nature walks around the estate. Also, it was easy to get into Edinburgh by parking at the train station just down the road. Highly recommend, thank you to our hosts for the great stay!
