We were after a place to stay on the edge of Edinburgh and this fit the bill very nicely. Easy parking, comfortable house fully kitted out and dog friendly with walks close by.

Location, private garden and the cottahe had everything you could need. Everything worked cosy and warm

"If the shower was better the property would be perfect"

It was a very spacious and comfortable cottage and the walks from the back garden to the glen below were lovely.

"Lovely views, great to watch the deer. Enclosed gardens."

The enclosed garden, with seating on the grassed area and table bench on the terrace. Lovely quiet place to stay. Great for deer and birdwatching. Being able to drive the the train station, which was free parking then jumped onto the train into Edinburgh £8.70. Amazing weather.
