"A peaceful special time."

Excellent location and welcome. So helpful and informative. Quiet, peaceful and loved the views and surroundings with delightful spring flowers and chorus of birds in the garden. Lots to see and do in the area although my visit was to visit and be with my wonderful mother. Special precious moments. Thank you.

"Very Basic with no frills"

Views where fab. matteress was good, the garden was great for the dogs they enjoyed running around. shower was good and kitchen area was clean.biscutes was a nice touch and a note

Garden seating was so uncomfortable you couldnt seat their for long they really need some decent garden furniture you can relax in and enjoy the views as with the lounge sofa and chair are very sinkable but that is just personal preferance. pillows on the bed are flat as a pancake so take your own. No tea or coffee or milk, but only infomed of this once payment in full was taken and no refunds. They said to cater for everyone they do not provide this, but in truth they are cartering for no one. found this property was just a bit of a cash cow and no tlc put into it. it was like staying at a bronze rated caravan on a campsite, very basic. this is such a shame as it could be something really special. also did not like the fact that hosts was cutting the grass in the garden on our return (late evening) on our last evening, felt like they where already getting ready for the next guests.

Location peaceful...lovely see the sheep in the field...

Could have sign to say where to pull in..was down farm lane..when dark. difficult judge where to go...maybe if being picky...have oven/ airfryer......nothing much to dislike...only the weather!!...

"Devon delight"

Nice and cosy, with lovely views of the countryside.

Patio door and front door were sticking, hence difficult to open/close, but tbf, they had a months worth of rain in 2 days so not the owners fault.
