Location

The fact that we were charged for charging our electric car and there was nothing on the booking confirmation or description stating this. And was also advised not to use the cooker whilst charging.

"A perfect little get away."

The location is perfect for us, near the small town of Tavistock and on the edge of beautiful Dartmoor. The cottage is ideal for two, clean, comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful moorland garden and stunning views. Dog friendly is a huge plus for us. We have stayed here regularly for a good few years now and will stay again and again. Ideal for couples and dogs, and offering short breaks of 3 days plus. Just Perfect.

Self contained cottage, great range of items available for use. Small private garden. Beautiful surroundings.

Just FYI Very tiny lane to find cottage! Broken shed in corner of garden meant it wasn't fully secure for our dog. Wasn't a big deal, we kept him on a lead or went out with him at all times.

"We could not fault this property or it’s location . We really enjoyed our weekend ."

A lovely quiet country location. Well equipped with plenty of room for two people. A nice large shower room and a very comfortable bed. Host was friendly and helpful. The property is on Dartmoor and near Tavistock and a very good pub called The Bearslake Inn.
