The Old Farm

Quiet location. Found one pub not too good. Found another with excellent reception and good food. Easy drive to Gloucester. Excellent countryside.

Most local pub was poor. Wc are difficult to flush. Lose wire in light. We mentioned the faults and they said they would be sorting the wc and light directly. Couldn't ask for more.

A beautiful and quiet setting, good for getting to different places of interest. There was everything that you needed there, cleaning products, towels, bedding and many appliances to help ease your stay.

Disappointed with the garden size, and unfortunately we found a leak from somewhere that left a large wet patch on bedroom floor.

It was a really lovely cottage, very clean and well equipped, the owners were welcoming and hospitable, even left us tea,coffee, milk homemade cakes and honey and treats for our dog. Thank you Liza and Matt we really enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

Beautiful location and house was exceptional

This accommodation is just a dream. A fully equipped and nicely furnished apartment. We were originally going to be near the Forest of Dean to do some hiking but ended up relaxing at the property. There is also a small restaurant within a 5-minute walk where you can eat really god (also vegetarian). We would love to come back and look forward to the friendly host and pig George.

Hosts were really friendly and helpful. We were shown around the small farm holding which was a really nice touch. Hot tub a great feature to relax in with a nice glass of wine!

Nothing

Everything. Communication with the owners was brilliant from start to finish, the cottage was clean and well-equipped and they really couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. The cakes for us and our dog, flowers and little jar of honey were wonderful touches.

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't stay longer as we had such a lovely time :)
