"Just a great place to stay."

The property is so well equipped, every little detail was in place. It was a perfect house for us to stay with some friends, in an excellent location. It was all so clean and comfortable. We will come back again.

"Very pleasant stay, ideal location felt safe and secure."

The host was very welcoming and explained keys etc. we had everything needed for a self catering short break the house was exceptionally clean and very thoughtful touches.

Toilet facilities on ground floor this was just personal though.

We had a wonderful time at Number 12, the house was very cosy and inviting when we arrived and the host had even left us a surprise cake as we were on our trip to celebrate a birthday- which was very kind and considerate :) They also left a sweet birthday message written into the blankets too! They called us after we booked to check everything we needed, and were very friendly and helpful too!! When we booked in they also came to check everything was okay for us, which was nice. the house was also very clean, and had everything you could ever think about needing for your stay (hair dryers, dvds, board games, cook ware, first aid, kids toys etc.) we hope to return again in the future :)
