"great stay, great hosts"

Comfortable stay, had everything we needed, clear rules and descriptions on what is around, walks etc

Everything was great generally. The only slight drawback is that the property is on a steep hill which I’m not used to driving on!

"A beautiful and cosy cottage in a great location."

The cottage was really lovely and cosy, and beautifully decorated. The owners communicated really well with us and were very kind and thoughtful. We loved the location- it was so quiet and green, and also near to lots of lovely places.

An amazing little cottage! The beds were out of this world and we really loved the evenings playing cards in front of the wood burner. I would definitely recommend.

"Beautiful cottage in lovely rural setting."

The cottage was very charming and comfortable for our stay! we really enjoyed the beautiful setting and our hosts were very kind!

The cottage is very far off the beaten path, with a 10-15 minute drive on single lane country roads with few to no turn arounds. A couple of times we were forced to reverse a long way to allow oncoming cars to pass. This impacted are ability to site see all that we wanted to, because getting to and from the main road took a long time, and after arriving after dark our first night, we knew we needed to be back to the cottage before dark the next night. If you are looking for a very quiet place to start your countryside walk, this is the place to stay! But if you are hoping to see some nearby sites, the location makes it a bit difficult.

"Amazing value for money, we couldn’t have asked for more."

This is the most beautiful place to stay. The cottage was exceptionally clean and full of everything you might need. Attention to detail really made it for us from dvds and cds to blankets and wine. The location is stunning and we enjoyed walks in the woods - felt so safe. Quiet and peaceful. A perfect stay.

Nothing - just sad we couldn’t stay longer.
