The location

Bins where outside in the balcony The toilet and the bath seemed blocked. The floor also had some cracks.

The decorations/presentation of the house is beautiful,however the property lacks cleaning throughout! The was a pile of bin bags outside kitchen door(not nice at all), on one of the beds I found remaining of lashes, the beds were smelly which indicated that they were not fresh clean. I soon as we went upstairs to the room, there was hair on the carpet, a lot of hair. We were not hoping for much, but at least a clean and fresh bed to sleep on. Broken pieces of furniture/decor! Overall, the cleanliness of the house was really disappointing, not good at all!

The place had not been cleaned bins full used towels in the bath beds not made etc

Car parking right at door step.. Nice decor

There was an issue with Internet and it was not working all through the night and disconnected every 30 mins and had to restart and wait for it to get fixed . There was an intermitent thud noise all through the night in mid night , when it was raining . Could not sleep as it was sounding like someone was in the house and walking around. Very creepy and could not sleep whole night. Water was leaking from the spot light above the bathroom basin when it was raining. Was afraid to use toilet fearing short circuit for whole day.

Location within walking distance to Co-op Live and Etihad Stadium.

The carpets in the bedrooms need cleaning. The window in the bathroom is draughty and looks as though it has slipped.

Great location for access to the Co-Op Live and Etihad stadia. 20 minutes walk to either. Tram stop only 5 minutes walk. Accomodation was clean and comfortable. And warm! Will rebook when next visiting Manchester
