Great location if you want to go to the Etihad stadium. Check in was easy with a key box and we could enter at noon already instead of 3pm. Apartment was relatively clean

The house's backyard, which you can see from the window in the living room, is full of loose trash and piles of trash bags. The couch isn't suited to sleep on. One half is very hard and the other super soft and shaped like a banana from years of use. We were 5 people as indicated in our booking and were given 4 towels, no small towel in the bathroom, and no bed sheet, blanket or pillow for the 5th person. I received that only for the second night with the bed sheet being too small for the couch. Upon request, the heating was turned on for the first night but turned off for the second again. Without a proper blanket, that was quite cold. Overall seems to be more focused on profit than customer experience.

Such a lovely home. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Hosts were very informative and helpful. No complaints.

Fantastic location, very close to the indoor BMX track. Plenty of space for all 5 of us, there was a sofa bed but we were unsure how to use this. There was a great choice of programmes to watch on the TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen had great facilities as well. I will be happy to book again and recommend this property.

Extra dining chairs needed, there were only 3 and 1 was broken. We also had to request an extra towel, this was brought within a few hours which was great.

everything was in order and organized ... key was in place .. the property was warm and comfortable.

I asked for an invoice many times, finally I have to ask Booking.com support for help. I got it at the end but the process should not be so time consuming and long

Just location and tap water

There was no place or bed sheets for the fifth person. The duvet was very dirty and had stains on it. There was still dirt on the floor even at the first day we arrived. No lock provided for the bathroom. It is kind of necessary for large groups. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
