WiFi New kitchen New bathroom When host was contacted regarding cleaning concerns, they were addressed immediately.

Incurred a parking fine while parked outside as instructed by host. Water in shower is slow with no pressure. Not a huge fan as dog hair was found on couch and cushions. Stained towels and Carpet upstairs was very dirty. Centre piece in the living room was stained and white marks were found on the couches. For a group of 4, we found 2 chairs in dining instead of 4. Location is ideal if you want to be closer to Sport city but fairly deprived and off putting. If hygiene matters to you then this is not the place to stay. To the average person, the place is ok.

Property was easy to find. Located in an okay area not noisy.

First night was cold as the heating system wasn’t working. The gas wasn’t topped up.

The host came to fix the WiFi issues in the house and was very helpful.

This house was so bad that we ended up not staying. I couldn’t see a carbon monoxide detector in the home anywhere, there is a boiler in the kitchen. There was only one downstairs fire alarm for the whole property, nothing upstairs. Completely unsafe. There were piles of laughing gas canisters in the back yard along with tins of paint and a half melted chair. Tins of paint in the kitchen cupboard. Three large cracks/holes in the kitchen floor which would easily cut your foot. Really grubby white stains on the green couch/sofabed. Dirt marks all over the yellow curtains. Lightbulbs and batteries inside one of the vases? Random piles of stuff inside the cupboard. A pile of unopened mail for someone just sitting out. Stairs are very steep and little space at the top of the hallway to turn into bedrooms. There was no working light at the top of the hallway so it was pitch black. The bathroom window is open at the top, the woodwork around the frame is rotted. The bedrooms are functional however again very unclean. Dirty sticky marks on carpets; marks all over the curtains and cushions. There were bloodstains on the bedding in one of the bedrooms. Overall unsafe, disappointing, dirty. We chose not to stay and booked elsewhere for our trip.

It was very comfortable to stay in with a group of friends very good facilities

Proximity to Co-op Live venue. Recently decorated. Comfortable. Missing forks replaced by owner quickly.

Parking outside the property is not free all day. You need to pay close attention to the parking restrictions on each side of the road. Piles of rubbish and drug paraphernalia in the back yard resulted in lots of Fruit Flies in the kitchen. Needing to unblock the bathroom plug of other people’s hair 🤢 before the water would drain away. Bathroom window nearly falling out of its frame. Only two chairs around the dining room table in a property for four and those two chairs were missing fixings.

Location was great, what comes to Velopark tram stop and Co-op live arena. 👍

Few forks and knives more would be great next time, not a big issue.

There was no way of locking the back door, eventually after contacting host had to lock using a knife. Found half eaten pizza on a plate in the cupboard, couldn’t eat meals together as only 2 dining chairs. No hairdryer as stated. Large gap in bathroom window, broken shade on bedside lamp, bedroom mirror cracked. Floor tiles cracked in kitchen, dishwasher installed incorrectly so door wouldn’t fully open. Bathroom generally was very tired. Poor selection of kitchen utensils/glasses and again kitchen was generally very tired

Location was great for going to Etihad or Co-Op Live as you could walk it in 20 minutes, and 20 minutes into the city centre via the metro. Comfortable beds, nice living room.

Facilities were poor. The glass in the bathroom window was coming out of the frame. On the morning we checked out whilst tidying up, we discovered the lock on the back door was broken so the door had been unlocked the entire time we were there. We also found part of a pizza on a plate in the kitchen cupboard which raises questions about how good the cleaning between stays is.
