Everything Georgia was the best property owner I have stayed at absolutely amazing

Such a lovely place to stay absolutely over whelmed with the service we have received

The place was welcoming and cozy with lighting and fire. The views even with the bad weather we're lovely. Even better if weather was kinder. The longe was the nicest and comfiest room in the place. Lovely to be able to bring our dog.

Some good of the cups and utensils were dirty. The place was very cold on arrival and buying wood for log burner was a bit frustrating with the cost of the stay Rubbish wasn't very clear to dispose of. Be careful bending down to chair under stairs so you don't bump your head on the stairs post.

Amazing views a long with close proximity to local walking trails. Everything you can think of within your own home is available within the cottage.

Location was superb for walking with the dogs, and it's in a very quiet spot. The property was perfectly adequate for us and well equipped with kitchen utensils etc., even a special doggy welcome basket. Apart from not being able to understand how to get at the controls on the heater in the bathroom, all the other heaters worked perfectly well to take the chill off for an hour or so after our two long days walking. Georgia is great at communication. tbh it's a great property to stay in for a few days in Symonds Yat and, oh yes, the other good thing on our day of arrival was The Olde Ferrie Inn, just a fifteen minute walk away down a very quiet lane, food was great and the dogs were welcome in their flagstone bar. Our doggies give this property a paws up too.

Hooks! Coat hooks in the hallway would have been extremely useful for outdoor coats. Couldn't see any instructions anywhere to tell us how to do things such as work the cooker or change the heater settings but, apart from the bathroom heater we coped without them and I'm sure Georgia wouldn't have minded if we'd made an enquiry whilst we were there.
