We were very pleased with the property. Very roomy, clean and warm. When we had a problem with the boiler, Neil couldn’t have been more helpful in fixing it. Thank you.

The only downside was the noise from the road, we hadn’t realised how busy the road would be.

"Gorgeous accommodation"

A characterful, clean and well presented place. It was lovely to lay in bed with a cuppa in the morning and gaze at the sea view. An excellent base to explore the old town and seafront. It had real wow factor. We had a very enjoyable stay. Lots of fabulous places to eat and drink within a couple of minutes walk. An added bonus was that the carnival week started while we were there, so there was plenty going on. The parking space was just to the right of the café entrance, much closer than I expected from the description. The silver car in the photo I uploaded is ours in the parking space, which is where the key safe is located. The entrance door is on the left of the café, where the grey-haired person is in the photo. The accommodation is the two floors above the café.

It was quite warm at night, but opening the windows meant a very early morning alarm call from the seagulls. However that's the joy of the seaside! There were no pink bags for the recycling. The bin lorry driver said they had run out but would be distributing more very soon.

Everything 😊 A fabulous place, the decor was lovely and everything you needed was supplied. The parking was a bonus too 😊 Contact with the owners was also very thorough.

"Great place to stay in old town Hastings"

Great location very charming apartment and car park directly by the building. The small stuff e.g. salt pepper coffee toilet paper was taken care of and the host was super. The apartment exceeded our expectations.

No air condition. If you have trouble with stairs this apartment can be a bit challenging.
