Cosy and very comfortable cottage. The welcome gifts were an added bonus us!

Next door to a pub so a bit noisy during the evening until the pub closed. After that it was lovely and peaceful.

The cottage was really lovely. Cosy and comfortable and pretty close to amenities and not far from the centre of Cartmel. Would definitely stay there again.

"Lovely in the day but unfortunately the clientele from the pub was unnerving"

Gorgeous cosy cottage well equipped with everything you need

Unfortunately in the pig & whistle this night there was lots of antisocial behaviour from the pub which unusual and it spilt out into the street , outside our cottage … lots of young kids screaming sweating and it was quite horrible to listen to

Wonderful cottage in a fab location. We did not want for anything and would recommend it to anyone.

The door to the pub next door banged which disturbed us on the Saturday night as it opens till 1am but this could be sorted by the pub I guess, not the cottage owners fault. We should have been drinking in the pub and then we wouldn’t have noticed 😁

Great location, better than the photos, very warm, cosy and comfortable, well provisioned, perfect for a couple.

Liked everything, only advice worth noting: plenty of parking is available at the school which we were given directions for. We arrived in the dark so it wasn’t so easy to see that the parking is on the right, not the left as Google indicates.
