2 Bed Cottage Chester

The property was not as described and we reached an agreement with the owners. It said in the description "entire unit wheelchair accessible". It was not an not suitable for 2 women 80 and 89.

The location was very useful for town. Having somewhere to park the car was a great advantage. The house was spotlessly clean. It was well equipped in the kitchen. The heating was very good. The beds were comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful.

There were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging robes etc. There was also nowhere to hang outdoor coats. Both of these points were a disadvantage. The bath towels were thin and could do with being renewed. There was hardly (or very little) handwash or shower/bath toiletries supplied. The front door was far too stiff to open with ease. It needed adjusting. A few tweaks of the above mentioned would have made the stay far more comfortable.

Location was just fab, so near to Chester City Centre, just a 10 minute walk. We attended the 9 lessons and Carols Service at Chester Cathedral on Christmas Eve, just wonderful. If we go to Chester races again,we would book this cottage as it is less than 5 minute walk to Chester Race Course.

Nothing not to like.Comfortable and stylish lounge. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed with so much hanging space/ wardrobes.

Lovely stay at the cottage very comfortable and well located. Met the host on arrival and was very helpful would definitely stay again if in area

Just traffic which outside but that's no fault of the host

The cottage was so comfy we were feeling right at home from the start. The hosts very lovely and very helpful.
