"Would return 😃"

The size of the property was perfect for accommodating a big family. The multiple bathrooms/showers were a plus and the log burner which had been serviced in time for our stay was a nice touch. And the location spot on.

It did the job but could do with some TLC.

"Good Value for money"

Tea, coffee and sugar in pots a nice surprise lovely to find a bit of oil left under sink as had forgotten lovely to have a kitchen roll provided and also the welcome pack with the washer tablets, sponge and black bag lovely to have washing up liquid left good to have an enclosed garden. Like that hand wash was left in bathrooms and toilet rolls provided great to have an iron and ironing board. Helpful booklet and easy to find WiFi code. Lovely towels.

One of the chairs was ripped. Windows dirty. Lots of weeds at front and in back garden. House needs paint touching up and flooring needs sorting in downstairs shower room and upstairs ensuite. No black bin outside. No hot water in upstairs sinks. Just the house is a little tired but it wouldn't take much to freshen up.

Great location less than 10 minutes drive to the saltburn beach and 30 mins drive from whitby dog friendly lovely place will be staying again Huge house enough room for the whole family

cuttlery, plates, glasses and cups were greasy, unwashed and had food/stains on them. Couldn't find bins. Tea Towels were so think and absorbent you couldn't dry things. Shower leaked through kitched lights.

"Large property clean but in meed of some TLC"

Lots of bedrooms with comfy beds. Nice size kitchen with large fridge/freezer. Enclosed garden and dog friendly. Detached property with ample parking in a quiet location. 10min drive to saltburn by sea beach.

Lots of general Maintainance issues. Host not very responsive to messages.

Well placed for the seaside towns. Very spacious rooms with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Saltburn is a fabulous place and not far to drive to. Plenty parking.

Shame we couldn’t use the good sized garden due to the knee high grass. My 2 yr old grandaughter would’ve loved to play out but I didn’t want to risk not knowing whether it had been used as a dog’s toilet. There weren’t enough dining chairs to sit together, we noticed there were 2 more outside that were broken.
