The property was spotless, warm and cosy and in a perfect location

Loved the property, location is great, so clean, all the little details are so nice, nice little welcome basket with treats on arrival so cute, good communication throughout and Family friendly, we went for our son’s birthday

The only thing that could make it better is a hot tub, would be perfect to sit outside in tub by the river, other than that nothing we didn’t like

Such a beautiful location and the little river running behind the property, just adds to the whole essence of it all. The owners have thought of every little detail which adds so much to the stay here. The lovely treats on arrival; a supply of the essential things like tea/coffee/sugar/milk/ olive oil/toiletries - just to name a few. Located just outside Newcastle, Mourne House is perfect for exploring the local area. A gem of a find and we will most certainly return for another stay. Thanks to Anna and Marty 🥰

It was absolutely perfect - the only thing we didn’t like was that we had booked such a short stay

Standard of accommodation was excellent. Great parking area and the decking by the river provided a tranquil chill out area

Location and the little extras

Could have been cleaner and a few items didn't work properly! Very hard mattresses and no spare duvets or blankets!

The location is excellent and house spotless clean
