Very clean, comfortable and well presented home. Fully equipped with everything you need.

Lovely interiors, well renovated. Love the wood effect. Milk in fridge.

Parking dangerous drive. Needs reflective lights as drop onto stone steps. Late at night, driven a long way, no warning of drop. Cold at night, beds need winter quilts on and better access to blankets. Doors upstairs didn’t close well, hard when you have a dog. Downstairs shower- poor pressure. All the guests using our small en-suite shower. Need more cushions on deep sofa.

Ideal for what we needed

Driveway a little scary!

A really lovely old cottage. We were in this area to visit a friend. It was ideal as our friend lives in Trevor. The facilities were really good.

The only thing was the parking situation which was not safe and rather precarious. I think there should be rails to get to the garden from the driveway. I understand that when the cottage was built there wouldn’t have been a drive.

Excellent hosts, we had an issue which Jill responded to and dealt with. The communication with Jill was excellent and the property has great information on hand. We would highly recommend The Boat at Erbistock, as suggested by Jill.

The front garden could be a bit tidier.

We stayed for two nights (6 members) & 1 infant Perfect location, a good house with parking spaces for up-to two cars, comfortable & good size garden. Very friendly host Not a modern house, but everything is in a very good condition and is definitely cosy. The downstairs bath/shower was a plus for us Fantastic Dining Kitchen was self sufficient There is co-op , convenience stores and ATM's nearby in the walking distance, Llangollen is in short travelling distance , excellent from location perspective. I am coming back here again! felt like home!

Entrance to the car park is literally next the traffic lights, getting a big car in and out frequently may be difficult its just that you have to be extra careful. We had a large family SUV and I was able to get in and out, no problem. Somethings that can be improved in my view, nothing major! 1. Bed in the master bed could have been a king size 2. Sofa's are really old , but was comfortable to watch tv for short amount of time

Fantastic property that served as home base for us while our daughter played a week long tennis tournament while one of us worked from the house all day. Great setup and Jill made things really easy for us throughout. Thoroughly recommend and hope to be back next year.

Such a cosy house with so much attention to detail. I cannot recommend this house enough!
