Very clean and comfortable. The photos do not do it justice. Lovely log burner in the lounge. Lovely hosts. So helpful and friendly.

The location was great for us, and there is a nearby Co-op store. We were travelling as a family of five and this quirky house was clean, warm and comfortable. Helpfully for us the house had off-street parking (although it took us a couple of passes to find the driveway initially), and a washing machine (very important for international travellers).

There was an unusual odour emanating from the main bathroom. However the host informed us about this and advised that it was due to some recent work on the drains nearby. Because of the location of the bathroom we were able to keep the doors closed and generally avoid it. We appreciated the host letting us know and we hope that it may have just been a temporary issue.

As I noted that my grandaughter was staying dissapointed that there was no sheets on the single beds, Some suggestions for future gests, hand rail on outside steps, and better turning around on drive, a bit of a drop a bit scary, front door handle was verry stiff

The cottage is very roomy, beautifuly furnished, the owners have thought of everything. A gem of a property.

The house was very clean and comfortable. A real home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped and there was cleaning stuff available such as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. We had everything we needed and had a very comfortable stay. The park down the road was nice for taking the dogs out. Jill was an excellent host. We would recommend this property for visiting the local area

The parking was a bit precarious for two cars and no gate if we had taken the dogs - so complete access to main road

Couldn't fault our stay with the owner, Jill, being super considerate and helpful. Would highly recommend this house.
