The lodge is located in a really peaceful part of the forest....a lovely retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the busy beaches! The lodge was lovely inside- really comfy sofas, powerful showers and had the best sleep! It was so relaxing sitting out on the decking in the morning listening to all the wildlife! The lodge was surprisingly spacious for two adults, two 6 foot teenagers and our lurcher Mavis!

Its probably lacking a bit of storage space in the kitchen for food but we managed!

Nice peaceful lodge, good for walks. Fairly comfortable, nice tv and WiFi. Kitchen well furnished.

Electric heaters with no thermostat meant we couldn’t adjust the temperature- either on or off only. The roads to the location were pot holey, narrow and muddy.

Plenty of room, warm, everything you need is available. Perfectly situated to visit so many places. Big PLUS - dogs allowed. Thank you

Single mattresses are probably okay for children, adults can feel the springs which means an uncomfortable nights rest.

Good size well furnished lodge.

More instructions for the hot water tank would be useful. Cold water only on our first morning, but realised we needed to use the immersion heater in the airing cupboard.
