3 Bedroom Modern Town House - Derbion & Theatre 2 mins Walk

I was given a code for the lock box which was really straight forward

The property was quite clean but not the cleanest and the broadband didn’t work

The location was good and city centre was right next door.

Our WiFi was down for the first two days, I kept reaching out to them through all ways, text, WhatsApp and call and they didn’t get back to me. When I called it would always go to voicemail. Ultimately, they got it fixed at the end of second day and I was working from home so I lost my work day. There was no compensation or anything from their end. The tap in the downstairs bathroom is broken. The beds are way too small for a double bed. The dining chairs are wonky.

Location was good and the parking is a plus

The downstairs toilet was broken when we arrived. There's a dishwasher without dishwasher tabs or at least I couldn't find them. There wad mould in the upstairs shower probably because the ventilation fan doesn't work. Normally these things don't bother me , but it wasn't cheap, at least I've experienced better fir less money. Probably would have given it a higher rating were these small things fixed

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The house was filthy: hair all over the beds, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, a grimy fridge, dirty cloths lying around, and tissues that looked like they’d fallen into the toilet and were left to mold. The garden was also completely neglected, with overgrown grass that hadn’t been cut in a long time. We felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave the same day and book another place. The host has been completely unresponsive—except when it came to taking our money. No response at all about a refund. Avoid at all costs. It's a shame l can add all the pictures on this review as it only allows 4 pictures.
