What a lovely property in beautiful surroundings. Jemma was so helpful and friendly. Great walks, views and scenery. Thank you for a fantastic stay over.

The location was fantastic. Really comfy bed. Massive wardrobes. Warm. Good shower.

Some missing items in the kitchen like oven mits. No milk on arrival, luckily we had bought some. No blind in the shower room. No DVD player, even though was mentioned in the itinerary. We were told that the code for the keybox would be sent to us before we arrived, but on arrival, I had to telephone and ask for it instead.

Excellent location for access to tourism, while offering total tranquility, to wind down, relax and enjoy the views, excellent garden for dogs and children to play, safely. Bring a scented candle, good book and relax by the open fire, with a pot of tea, and your in heaven. Seeing the young lambs playing was a delight, Fantastic laundry room ! Is a massive bonus, Some really good books in living room, For fuel for the fire buy the logs from the estate, we bought 2 bags of coal to go along with our logs from the garage in aberfoyle £34 is quite pricey, Lovely little basket on arrival, the children enjoyed the tablet. Really like that it is pet friendly our young silly boxer dog “Griffin” enjoyed games on the lawn, Our children 14 & 13 were delighted to wake up to what they thought was lots of funny looking chickens in the garden, had to explain they are pheasants.

Pretty cottage.

Very basic kitchen equipment. Would have been nice to have a few more knives (butter), wooden spoons. A few leaflets /books on the area, local eateries etc... would be helpful for those of us who don't know the area. The cold tap in the kitchen sometimes refused to turn on, leaving us with scolding water only. Hard to wash up in these circumstances. Wierd how random people kept driving into the property, waiting a few moments and then driving away.
