Fabulous location especially for the dog who loved the garden the stream and the paths. It's so pretty. Lots of different options for sitting and eating outside. Accommodation is tidy clean and well equipped. Hosts were just great friendly and offered help. Our second year staying there. Good access for beaches in North Devon.

You had to drive everywhere. Not enough crockery to use the dishwasher. A door handle broke and on the last day the shower was flooding. We're being picky though.

"Idyllic location for a quiet break"

From the moment we saw the pictures, we knew it would be an ideal place for our short break. The location is fantastic, you fall asleep to the sound of a stream and wake up to birds singing. The cottage has absolutely everything you need. Hosts are very welcoming, their smoked trout is delicious! Beautiful walk in nearby woods, not too challenging and not too long, was a daily must. Very clean and practical facilities. The inside was refreshingly cool in the evening, which was a bonus in the extreme heat we had during the day. Close to town and many attractions.Absolute gem.

Hosts were amazing ,just the right amount of communication ,the accommodation is huge and was very clean.lots of little touches around the cottage,fresh flowers out the garden ect ,even had games to play .

They could do with a bin in the garden for the dog waste-Not a criticism though just a suggestion.
