Tarporley Holiday Cottage

No Wi-Fi reasonably clean, fire not working and one toilet seat broke all with notes attached as we arrived but only the informed about the Wi-Fi

What a wonderful location to host our family big birthday celebration! So reasonably priced for a 5 bedroom house with everything we could possibly have wanted! It was well equipped, spotlessly clean & so comfortable. Wouldn’t think twice about rebooking, we loved it!

The driveway is narrow but fine for a confident driver.

We visited Tarporley for a quiet weekend away to recover from the chaos of Christmas. The cottage is cute and very homely, it had space for us all (we are a big family of 8) and we also took our beloved pooch with us which was great. Gorgeous walks through the village and also the countryside. Lost the husband a few times while walking the pooch as there was so many pubs to warm up in enroute! Loved the new couch, which was delivered just before we stayed, huge and space for us all to sit on. Well worth the visit and we'll definitely be coming back.

Really nice cottage in the middle of the village. Great location as we attended a wedding at Peckforton Castle which is nearby. We had a lovely meal in the village and then walked back to the cottage for the wedding party to get ready. Nicely decorated and set out and tons of space for us all (we were a group of 8 ladies). I have just re-booked to bring my family back next month!

My stay at Tarporley Holiday Cottage exceeded all expectations. It provided the perfect combination of comfort, beauty and tranquility. We left feeling refreshed and will memories of a gorgeous cottage in a gorgeous countryside village.

Ideal cosy cottage for our family weekend away. Located right in the middle of the village so great for walks and then popping into the pub for lunch on the way home. Cottage was lovely and nicely finished off for guests with nice little touches to make it feel like home. The couch was huge and fitted all of our extended family on which was great! My brother loved the big range oven for cooking breakfast for everyone. A real chocolate box village full of character!
