Lovely cottage in a perfect location. Quiet. Easy walk to food, drinks, shopping, cathedral, city wall, etc.

The stairs were fine for us but they are VERY steep and narrow so not for folks with mobility issues. Also the bedroom doors open directly into the stairwell so maybe not for little kiddoes.

Die Lage war optimal, ruhig, zentral, alles in der NĂ€he. Kleines Überraschungspaket. Waschmaschine im Schuppen war super.

Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr gefĂ€hrlich. Bin 2 Mal stĂŒckchenweise hinuntergefallen. Rechts oben fĂŒr die letzten Treppenstufen fehlt ein Handlauf. Man kann nur mit Festhalten am GelĂ€nder die Treppe herauf- und hinuntergehen. Der Teppich ist rutschig. Das bedarf der Optimierung. Bessere Beschreibung fĂŒr die MĂŒllentsorgung wĂ€re hilfreich. Die Tonne steht auf der Straße hinter Haus-Nr. 18. Plastik, Papier und Glas im Bottich vorne wurde nicht abgeholt. Irgendwas hat nicht funktioniert. Vielleicht muss der Vermieter das speziell anmelden...???

Rent och snyggt boende. JÀttemysigt och bra, lugnt lÀge. Perfekt för vÄr familj med tvÄ vuxna och tvÄ tonÄringar. Wifi fungerade utmÀrkt och vi hade allt vi behövde för vÄra tre nÀtter i York. SÀngarna var sköna och duschen bra.

Spindlar och spindelnÀt pÄ bakgÄrden.

"Beautiful house in the best location for exploring York. Great as a small family home but it would be perfect for a coup"

Location was fantastic and we could walk everywhere. The house was just the right size for our family of 4 and was beautiful. It was extremely comfortable.

The heating was on high and we couldn’t turn it down. And as a dog friendly property it would have been nice to have a couple of dog bowls available and maybe spare poo bags.

Very quiet street. Comfortable and stylishly decorated in a classic fashion. It's even nicer than the pictures and gear value.

The cleaners were hovering outside at checkout and knocking on the door at checkout time on the dot. It was a little unnecessary.

All in all a fantastic little gem very close to the city centre and impressed from moment of arrival to departure. Very cosy, lovely property and would love to book again in the future and recommend to others
