Comfortable and compact cottage. Very clean. Good mattresses with nice quality cotton bedding. Excellent water pressure so the shower worked well. Good location within a few minutes walk to Masham centre. Over all the cottage is good value for money.

Our only niggle is that there was very little cutlery, only 3 forks and 4 knifes. As we tend to cook for ourselves , it was a bit annoying. The crockery is old, chipped in places, and mis matched. Could do with an upgrade and a little attention.
