Town Centre House for 6 Guests

Location was great and it was spacious enough for our party of 3. Nice to be give some tea and coffee and condiments. This was appreciated.

No book with instructions on how to use facilities or welcome to Bournemouth location. I didn't appreciate that no hand soap or towel downstairs this is a basic hygiene need. No bins in whole house so having to bin down rubbish was a nuisance especially sanitary products. . Duvets were thin for this time of year. We were told to use coasters but couldn't find them. Only 4 mugs and 4 glasses to supposedly accommodate 6 so constantly washing up. The finer details just a bit lacking and I'd expect better with the rating. Had and stayed in much better.

poor cleanliness, carpets need deep cleaning or replacing, requires general updating of decor, curtains and bed linen. Drain / shower need unblocking

The keysafe combination was difficult to read at night - even using the torch on the phone as the tumblers are silver and reflect light back. A pushbutton model would be better.

Great location, easy access, car parking.

Filthy dirty property. Dirty dishes in dishwasher with no tablets to put it on. Bathrooms filthy (I had to clean before using) handle missing off downstairs loo door, meaning no exit if u shut door! Carpets disgustingly dirty throughout. Needs totally redecorating, pasta stuck to lounge wall?! No binbags supplied, black mould in bedrooms. Hardly any kitchen utensils and those there needed washing. Food left in cupboards and fridge.

I didn't get code sent till after l arrived at Bournemouth .then l couldn't see to put code in very stressful needs light by key code .

Getting in very cold when l got there

Unfortunately not a very good accommodation had issues with strong smell of gas carbon monoxide detector not working landlord didn't want to resolve issues and asked us to leave

The location was good except not feeling completely safe walking back in the evening. Some dodgy looking people around the area.

Where do I start. Bathroom sink blocked. Toilet seat loose. Missing blind on one window. Bath panel damaged. No hairdryer Bedding old, itchy and tired. Pillows old. The bedding looked like it was just thrown on. Carpets filthy and stained. Skirting boards thick with dust in the bedrooms. We were scratching our skin all night in bed. I put it down to dust mites. It was so bad that we ended our stay and moved out early. I messaged the owner a couple of times about the hairdryer and blocked sink. He, David, entirely ignored my complaints and had the cheek to answer, asking if we were enjoying our stay. No, David, we didn't. Your accommodation is disgusting. It makes my skin crawl just thinking about that filthy bedroom.
